| Make Your Gift to the Mercy Fund This Week!
With just 4 days until our fiscal year end on June 30, we are striving to achieve our goal of 23% alumnae giving participation and to raise the remaining $25,000 needed for the Mercy Fund.
We are only 102 alumnae gifts away. If you have not yet made your gift, a donation of any amount will be truly appreciated and will make a difference by enhancing the education and experience of all our Gwynedd Girls. Please support our alma mater by giving what you can. Thank you for your participation! |

An Easy and Impactful Way to Support Your Alma Mater!
If you live and/or work in PA, you can redirect your state taxes to Gwynedd by participating in the EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) Program.
Why haven’t you heard of this? Well, it’s not highly publicized, but it has been in existence since 2001 and directs millions of tax dollars to K-12 private schools for financial aid.
This is a win-win situation—Gwynedd receives 100% of your contribution, which the school uses for tuition assistance and you receive a 90% tax credit from the Commonwealth of PA. |
|

|
Here’s how it works: - We connect you with one of our two partners – Foundation for Catholic Education (FCE), minimum of $1,000, or Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS), minimum of $5,000.
- You sign a two-year contract with them and write a check.
-
You file a K-1 form with your taxes and, in return, receive a 90% tax credit. (So if you do $1,000, you will receive $900 back and your out of pocket cost is just $100 for one year. Then, you just do the same thing the following year.)
- You are recognized as an 1861 Society donor and help a student who might not otherwise be able to attend Gwynedd.
Take advantage of this program by reaching out to Director of Annual Giving Colleen Corace Connor ’86, P’25, P’28 at ccoraceconnor@8782325.com today! |
